Founded by licensed cosmetologist Kendall Hitchcock, The Lancaster Head Spa brings together more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry with a love for thoughtful, intentional wellness. After years behind the chair, Kendall wanted to create something different — a space where beauty, scalp health, relaxation, and genuine human connection could exist together. Inspired by Japanese head spa rituals and a slower, more intentional approach to beauty, our treatments combine scalp care, therapeutic touch, hair care, facials, and deeply relaxing rituals customized to each guest. Our space was designed to feel warm, organic, and quietly luxurious — a retreat from the moment you walk through the door.
